3. We apply our industry knowledge to recommend a short list of vendor candidates likely to meet your needs and the RFP is sent.
4. We provide bid support throughout the proposal response stage, answering bidder questions, arranging bidder conferences, site visits and reference checks.
5. Once bids are in, we participate with you in evaluating proposals, scoring responses and negotiating best and final terms with selected suppliers.
6. As required we will also participate in contract negotiations and manage the startup of the outsourced program.
7. Our team can be contracted to work at your side for ongoing quality assurance controls, program effectiveness evaluations and contract compliance management.
